| The Interoperability Clearinghouse was formed on 9/11/00 to provide a conflict free conduit of commercial innovations and implementation best practices from the commercial market. The processes and structures were established to overcome several root cause of failures by providing a conflict free public/private partnership structure that could not be compromised by down stream implementation work. Nationally recognizes studies out of OSD Blue Ribbon Panels, Defense Science Board, AF Scientific Advisory Council, and multiple syndicated research houses, all draw similar conclusions; few suppliers are motivating to really fix the problem. We believe the answer to this problem already exists, and only need to be engaged. This solution is a lose federation of like minded public interest concerns who already have innovative but mature solution engineering processes, coupled with an unparalleled outreach network that is already reaching hundreds of thousands of subject matter experts who collectively work on a informing a common Solution Architecture process.
