IT-AAC provides a conflict free peer to peer interchange for sharing best practices and lessons learned. 60-70 senior leaders come together for this problem solving forum (GOs/SESs/CxOs) representing; Congress, Defense, Civil Agencies, Intelligence, White House, UKMoD, EU, Standards Bodies, Think Tanks, Academia, Innovators, and retired Politicos.

IT-AAC brings together many communities practices, pulling together a wide range of expertise, standard of practices and lessons learned needed to fundamentally transform how government buys and manages IT. These efforts have been credited for driving major IT Reform policies in congress, the white house and the pentagon.

With looming budget crises facing out nation, the IT-AAC is in uniquely positioned to provide our national leadership with the agile methods, expertise and standards of practice needed to achieve its Efficiency and IT Reform goals, which we believe could result in savings of over $40B/year in avoidable cost overruns and failures.

 IT-AAC's conflict free A&AS structure provides agency PMs with the just in time IT advisory services, Agile Methods, and Solution Architecture templates already proven in the market. With draconian budget cuts looming, agencies now have means of pooling limited funds and expertise needed to significantly reduce IT lifecycle cost, maximizing COTS/OSS solutions, and re-establishing organic IT Acquisition expertise through our partnerships.
