(ret) Frank Anderson, President of Defense Acquisition University and the Honorable Michael Wynne, Chairman of IT-AAC signing the Memorandum of Understanding for collaborating in reaching mutual goals towards furthering DoD IT Acquisition reform effectiveness utilizing enhanced IT Acquisiiton training, mentoring programs and other efforts which improve the capabilities of the Defense Acquisition Workforce.
